How Long Will The Housing Shortage Last?

Buyers and Sellers are worrying about a bubble..... it's a question we are asked frequently!

WE are not worried about a bubble - the inventory shortage looks as though it will continue for a few years.

US new home construction is lagging and currently, builders are experiencing problems getting permits, lumber pricing is out of sight, and so housing starts are slow. Existing home sales declined due to supply and demand.
