We've been showing homes to a great friend who would like to live in Beaverton, Northwest or Southwest Portland. She really wanted to have at least 3 bedrooms, one to use as a guest room another for a home gym, at least 1.5 bathrooms, and a nice sized yard so her pup can roam freely. Home #1! All of these homes are beautiful and would have been great matches but home #1 has the right sized rooms for a home gym, guest room and the perfect backyard for her dog to run around! It's conveniently located for her work commute and has plenty of space for entertaining. We're so happy for her that she found the perfect place to call home!
