Want to play House Hunters with us?
We've been showing some beautiful homes to a young couple who prefer the Southwest Portland area. They wanted a "WOW" effect, when you walk in the front door. A stunning kitchen was a primary focus, with room around the island for entertaining, and enough bedrooms for an office and kids! We found a great one that they absolutely love!
Let's look at home #1
This home was gated on 3 lots, it was like a private park! It had a big remodel with a brand new kitchen. Features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Located in Southwest Portland, $780,000 / 2,176 sf.

Let's look at home #2
This home is a remodeled daylight ranch on a private cul-de-sac. Features an open house floor plan with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in Southwest Portland, $1,049,999 / 3,134 sf.

And now, let's see home #3
This home is modern with some great character on a quarter of an acre lot. There's even a detached heated workshop in the backyard. Features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Located in Southwest Portland, $1,000,000 / 2,936 sf.

Answer:
Home #2! This home was the biggest and the remodeled kitchen with an extra long island were a huge selling point. It also had enough spaces for them to work from home and for children.

This is fun! I guessed wrong - I guessed #1. Although the size is significantly smaller, I thought since they were a 'young couple', they might go for the less expensive house since it was also amazing.
