We've been showing older homes to a couple relocating from Canada, they would like to live in North or Northeast Portland so that they have an easy commute to their office. It was essential for the home to have at least 3 bedrooms, they'd like room for family to come and stay comfortably, and a nice outdoor space for pets. We found a really special one that they love!

Home #3! This wasn't the first home they fell for, but they really valued a quality built home and that's why they ended up with this one. It has very special landscaping in the front and backyard, it immediately charmed us all. Plus, the ADU in the backyard provides some extra space and privacy for future guests. It even has enough room for a home office or two! Best of all, it is close to their place of work which makes for a great commute.
